My philosophy on aging is to keep moving. We all will age but we can do it gracefully if we take care of ourselves and don't let the stress of everyday life rule us. Healthcare professionals lead very stressful lives and must learn how to balance this stress so that you can continue to travel and experience life to the fullest!
