Did you know ginger can calm nausea? You only need boil a small piece of ginger root in water for a few minutes to make a simple tea that can cure a stomachache or even help severe morning sickness. You can eat whole ginger, drink fresh ginger juice or tea or diffuse essential ginger oil to help relieve any stomach issues. This was very helpful when taking care of my elderly mother. Powdered ginger is also a natural pain reliever and can safely be taken several times each day or you can add ginger essential oil to water, 2 drops twice a day.
