Celebrations for America's Independence Day began way back in the 1800's and became a federal holiday in 1941. Fireworks are the traditional mode of celebration in most cities and towns, along with block parties, music festivals and so much more. It's a day that gets everybody in the party mood.
We hope you will have some great time with family and/or friends and enjoy the day off, for most of us anyway.
