Great Summer Destinations for Travel Nurses

Great Summer Destinations for Travel Nurses

Where would you like to spend your summer this year? It's time to start planning that perfect summer adventure. There are summer travel nurse jobs available in all areas of the country. It's your choice as to where you would like to explore next……

I can sure think of some great places to visit and have time to explore.

Of course, Hawaii always tops my list. Who doesn't want to go to Hawaii? Beaches, ocean breezes, volcanoes, surfing, beautiful exotic landscapes, and so much more to see and explore on this beautiful chain of islands in the Pacific. There are plenty of jobs available for travel nurses and healthcare professionals in the facilities in Hawaii.

What about hiking the Rocky Mountains this summer? That sure sounds like fun to me. I'm an outdoors person who loves to be out in nature. Many states are part of the Rocky Mountains including Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming and Montana. Any of these states are located in the Rocky Mountain region of the US and that opens up lots of cities and areas in all of those states. Travel nurse jobs are available in all of these states.

Colorado has so much to see and do. Explore the mile-high city of Denver. Bike, hike or backpack on hundreds of miles of trails for all levels of fitness. You can visit the Garden of the Gods or Steamboat Springs, attend a concert at the famous Red Rocks venue, explore Mesa Verde or maybe soak in Strawberry Park Hot Springs. Jobs available in Colorado can be found here.

Wyoming is home to Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park as well as Devils Tower and Old Faithful. This sounds some great places to explore this summer or you can always visit Hot Springs State Park and check out the bison. Wyoming travel jobs are readily available at several facilities.

That's just two of the Rocky Mountain States. You still have the Pacific Northwest or the Northeastern sections of the US as well. So much diversity in our beautiful country. Isn't it time you started exploring some of it? Click here to fill out our Request for More Information so we can help you get started on your first…or next, adventure!
