The demand for healthcare workers is expected to remain consistent for the next several years due to the aging population in the US today. Therapy Services jobs are in demand and therapists will find increased opportunities to work independently and outside of hospital settings. Therapy services are normally focused on changing the health status of the patient over time by working directly with the patient.

Working as a therapist often means patients have limited mobility and being able to assist the patient with movement, or even moving the patient, may be necessary. Having a positive attitude and good communication skills are a must as well in order to help the patients to heal and recover long term.
